7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without any guarantees of performance or uninterrupted operation.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party integrations or client modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UK law.
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in UK courts.
